You will be the first to receive special offers and new product information and sometimes FREE items just by having the Froogle™ App!The Froogle™ App is a mobile application for Android smartphones that will help you discover nearby businesses with special offers. Once The Froogle™ App is downloaded it will allow you to receive deals, discounts, new product information, among other special offers, depending on what store you visit. When a customer comes into one of our Froogle™ friendly locations, Froogle™ will notify you of what your special offer is and how to redeem it.The Froogle™ App will only work in special areas that will be marked at the stores you walk into. Each location will be marked with Fred, our piggy bank icon. As more and more locations are added to our network you will be able to see on our website all the locations Fred is in and you can visit to see what special offer you will receive. Look for more locations in the near future as we will be installing more stores each month. If you would like to be notified of the new stores, new offers, and new products remember to fill out the info when downloading Froogle™ and keep checking back in the app.We will also be upgrading with more features and categories to give you more deal and options as we continue to grow.Fixes bug that prevented launching Google Maps directions from a location in Froogle Finder.

Almost no one accepts it. Even those that are on there, have told me they do not advertise, so therefore they do not honor. I know Froogle has said that's not the case, but can't argue with management. Actually I haven't even looked at it over a year
Requires always on location access. I can't think of any reason that should be required, if I allowed it to know while I was using the app. Unusable without allowing always-on tracking.

Great providing vendors are using thier services
This app has the perfect icon as it is an incredible resource hog. I try to keep it force stopped, until I need it, but it keeps turning itself back on. I can always tell when it does because my battery will drain like crazy. There are only 2 places in our town of 60,000 that even have offers through it. I'd get rid of it, but It's the only way to get free cheese bread from the only pizza place that uses this app.
Doesnt work
Only for Chicago and Minnesota area. Worhtless for Virginia
